City Garage 25th Anniversary Employee Spotlight – Wayne Pond

City Garage 25th Anniversary Employee Spotlight – Wayne Pond

As part of City Garage’s 25th Anniversary celebration, we continue our Employee Spotlight series this month by featuring Lead Technician, Wayne Pond. Wayne has worked at City Garage for 21 years, and every year he has been our Top Technician. He has received every Lead Technician honor we bestow. Wayne is a skilled technician; his work is thorough and he takes great pride in doing the job right the first time. He is a dedicated professional and he demands that the rest of the staff perform in a professional manner. As shown in some of his responses to our questions, since he has been with us for so long, he’s comfortable and forthright with his answers (including a nod to his rumored occasional grouchiness). City Garage is proud to have Wayne as part of our team and celebrate his professionalism and high standards. Thank you, Wayne, for the many years of hard work you have spent with City Garage; we appreciate and are grateful for the 100% you give each day.
