I just wanted to send a brief note to you to let you know what an excellent staff you have at the City Garage on Naaman School Rd in Garland.
I have been a customer at this location since the building was first built. I’ve always received very good service any time I’ve had work done on my vehicles. However, the customer care I received on my last visit regarding the catalytic converter on my 2001 Buick Regal was superior. Bill Hazelwood and Kevin Browning turned a very frustrating event into a truly happy experience.
I had recently started patronizing a new business in Rowlett (more convenient to where I live). On each of my two visits to the Rowlett business (an oil change and new battery), I was less than pleased. However, my third and final visit to the Rowlett business brought me back to City Garage and I will not use any other garage ever again. I will also recommend this location to friends and family at every opportunity.
I hope you will recognize the entire crew at Naaman School Road for excellent customer service. Good employees are hard to find and should be appreciated.

“Hi – I visited your location over off Beltline yesterday. I was VERY impressed by how courteous and nice your staff was. I needed a headlight replaced and Eric was kind enough to put his big hands in that little space and attach my bulb. He took less than five minutes and then bid me a good day. I left knowing that if I ever needed and other work done to my car I would be sure and go back to ya’ll. Great guy and thanks so very much for you help… you made my day!
